ARK OF HOPE – July 2026 Ministry Update
Dear Friends, Partners, and Prayer Warriors,
Greetings in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Thank you for faithfully standing with Ark of Hope through your prayers, encouragement, and generous support. Because of your partnership, countless lives have been touched through this ministry. Together, we have been able to provide compassionate healthcare by treating many patients, distributing eyeglasses and eye medications, conducting health screenings, and caring for people in need. We have also had the privilege of discipling young people, strengthening believers through Discovery Bible Study (DBS) groups, and sharing the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ with families and communities across Nepal.
Over the past several months, God has opened incredible doors for ministry. We have witnessed lives transformed both physically and spiritually through our community outreach programs, youth ministry, eye care services, and Discovery Bible Study (DBS) groups. Every patient we serve and every conversation we have is an opportunity to demonstrate Christ’s love and share the hope found in Him.
One of the greatest highlights was a recent mission to one of Nepal’s most remote mountain regions. Despite the difficult journey through challenging monsoon conditions, God worked powerfully during a three-day Youth Conference, raising up young believers and future leaders who are eager to take the Gospel into places where Christ is scarcely known. Seeing their hunger for God’s Word and commitment to follow Jesus was both humbling and deeply encouraging.
As we continue to grow, we ask you to pray for wisdom, strength, and God’s continued provision as we expand our healthcare services, disciple more believers, and reach even more communities throughout Nepal with the love of Christ.

A Blessed Three Days at the Youth Conference
The Gospel Is Worth Every Sacrifice
One of the greatest highlights of recent months was our unforgettable three-day Youth Conference held in one of Nepal’s remote mountain regions. It was a beautiful time of worship, discipleship, leadership development, and witnessing God transform the lives of young people.
The journey to reach the conference was far from easy. It was long, complicated, and at times dangerous. Traveling during Nepal’s monsoon season meant navigating muddy roads, landslides, swollen rivers, and rugged mountain trails. Every step reminded us how completely we depend on God’s protection.
Yet through every challenge, the Lord remained faithful and brought our team safely to the village.
What touched our hearts even more was the commitment of the young people who attended.
Many walked and traveled 10 to 11 hours simply to be part of the conference. To reach some of their villages requires another two to three days of trekking through difficult mountain terrain.
These remote communities have no electricity, no internet access, and only very limited infrastructure. During the rainy season, leeches cover the forest paths, and insect bites are simply a part of everyday life.
Yet none of these hardships discouraged these young men and women from making the long journey to hear the Word of God.
Their hunger for Jesus was truly inspiring.
They arrived with open hearts—ready to worship, eager to learn, committed to prayer, and longing to grow in their faith. Watching these young people respond to God’s call, renew their commitment to Christ, and encourage one another was deeply moving.
Every hardship of the journey faded away as we witnessed the Holy Spirit working powerfully among them.
There are moments when the journey tests our strength and endurance. But when we compare these challenges with God’s call and mission, everything else becomes secondary.
When we hear about the needs of the people—those who have little or no access to basic healthcare—we are compelled to go. The difficulties of the terrain cannot outweigh the urgency of the mission. The risks cannot compare to the value of a single life being touched.
And in those very hills, we encounter God in a deeper way.
Raising a New Generation of Disciple-Makers
During these three blessed days, we also had the privilege of conducting Discovery Bible Study (DBS) sessions and training several promising young leaders.
It was encouraging to see their passion for studying God’s Word, obeying His truth, and sharing it with others. We believe God is raising up a new generation of disciple-makers who will faithfully carry the Gospel throughout these remote communities.
Although the conference was physically exhausting, it was spiritually refreshing. It reminded us once again that the Gospel is worth every sacrifice.
The road was difficult, but the privilege of serving these precious young people was far greater.
Their passion for Christ challenged and strengthened our own faith.
We are deeply thankful to God for His protection throughout our travels and for the opportunity to serve Him in places where His name is rarely heard.
We also thank every person who faithfully prayed for our team.
Your prayers truly made a difference.
We returned home tired in body but overflowing with joy, encouraged by what God is doing in these remote communities.
🌍 Ark of Hope (AOH) Outreach Purpose Statement
Many people ask why we organize these outreach programs at Ark of Hope. Our mission is deeply rooted in both compassion and calling, and our purpose is threefold:
First, we seek to educate communities about the importance of health—empowering individuals and families to take better care of the bodies God has given them.
Second, we are committed to helping people identify and treat health issues early, especially in underserved areas where access to medical care is limited. Early detection can save sight, restore health, and even save lives.
Third, and most importantly, we see every outreach as a God-given opportunity to share the love of Christ—guiding people from fear, uncertainty, and superstition into the truth, peace, and hope found in Jesus Christ.
At Ark of Hope, we have witnessed God’s hand in every step of this journey. He has protected our teams in challenging terrains, provided resources at the right time, and opened doors in communities that once seemed unreachable.
These outreach clinics are not just about medical care—they are about transformation. We are seeing hearts soften, lives touched by compassion, and seeds of the Gospel planted deeply in communities where hope is scarce.
Through Ark of Hope, we are not only meeting physical needs but also sharing the message of eternal hope—bringing light where there was once darkness.
Reaching Indigenous and Tribal Communities
Serving in indigenous and tribal areas is not easy. The roads are often dangerous and transportation is difficult. Sometimes we must travel through remote and unsafe paths.
But we continue to go because we are compelled by the love of Christ. Many people in these communities have never heard the truth of the Gospel. Our hearts are burdened for them because they are searching for hope without knowing that the answer is Jesus Christ.
We believe that every journey, every conversation, and every act of compassion is a seed that God will use for His Kingdom.
